- Honored to work virtually with my @bibrave teammates to elevate the voices and mission of @native_women_running @mmiwusa for the MMIW National Day of Awareness Virtual Run.If given the chance to be a unicorn 🦄, ALWAYS be the unicorn…and bring lots of friends. It’s never too late for a party. ❤️ #phdlife #2020graduate🎓 #2021party #getvaccienated #datascienceunionToday’s @bibrave Pride post brought to you by the news that @grandmasmarathon is officially a go and I’ll be running in all my orange BibRave glory in Duluth on June 19!!! T-minus 43 days!Good morning! Here’s your reminder to always wear sunscreen, even if you’re still stuck WFH all the time. Those UV rays can still getcha! I’m testing the new @tanrioutdoors skin/sun care line and use the SPF 15 daily moisturizer on my face this am. It’s a natural sunscreen and I’m really impressed how light it feels and quickly and blends. Previous experience with natural sunscreens left me feeling really shiny/greasy, something you definitely do not want if you’re prone to outbreaks like me.Virtual run mail day! — my @native_women_running National Day of Awareness MMIW Virtual Run shirt! I’m honored to run for this cause between May 5-8. I'm planning to run 10 miles to bring awareness to the fact that Native Women face murder rates at more than 10x the national average.Did you know, May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month?? What better time to try out these brand new sun and skincare products from @tanrioutdoors . What's great about Tanri products?

I feel like I’m operating 75-80% on my fitness and nutrition goals, but that 20-ish% of less than ideal nutrition behavior ends up creating plateaus that can spiral into lapses in motivation and loss of fitness gains.
