- Loving the community and all the awesome postcards I get from @antoxley @lozpop3 at @weareoxfit Ive had so much fun the last few weeks and found new strength, as well as much needed structure to my workouts and daily schedule. When I joined I told them I wanted more strength training going into Yeti 100 this fall, and felt they would also save my life during the end stages of my PhD dissertation. The latter is definitely true so far. Strength, fitness, and general motivation go together well. #bibchat #marathontraining #crossfit #weareoxfit #hardertokill #phdlifeGood night and good morning! Coming off #endurancesquad #wonderwomanwednesday last night, I’m not sure how cleans will feel this morning. Have I mentioned, I hate cleans? 😭 Doing a body good with some extra strength for race season #atlantamarathon @dcwonderwomanrun #southerncrossgravelgrinder #yeti100 @nycmarathon #bibchat #wonderwomanbr #crossfit #strengthtraining #crosstrainingBatoot and I had fun this morning with @weareoxfit on #mlkjrhistoryhunt #weareoxfit #mlkday #bibchatFinally got a decent ride today with my best riding partner in spite of the sketchy weather report and several mechanicals. More endurance tomorrow with @weareoxfit #endurancesquad #weareoxfit #bibchatCoffee stop before rolling home, hopefully before the rain. First time at @refugecoffeeco in Clarkston. An amazing community space staffed by and supporting the incredibly diverse immigrant and refugee community in this sanctuary city. ❤️Waiting for the start of a bike ride...that meets at @revolutiondoughnuts ... and I’m on @whole30 🤦♀️ 😳 😭 #thestruggleisreal #whole30 #beastmode #cycling #bibchat
