My spring race season may be over but in Atlanta we’ve jumped right into Peachtree Road Race training (it’s the 50th running this year!) so there’s no better reason to keep the momentum going. With that in mind, I’m excited to announce that I’m taking part in the Bibrave Strava Run Streak and running or walking at least 1 mile every day in May! Considering how much cross training I do on the bike I know this will be tough, but I’m using the pup as an excuse to get out with him for at least 1 mile on those in between “rest days”.
You can go streaking with us too! LOL! To join our May streaking spectacular, just sign up for a Strava account (it’s free!) then join the BibRave Run Club – https://www.strava.com/clubs/bibrave – to share your progress and keep motivated. A run streak may sound daunting but just think of all the ways you can easily add 1 mile to your daily routine: walking to the store, laps around your office, walking the dog, pushing the stroller around the neighborhood, mowing the lawn…it’s all fair game! Just make sure to log it! If it’s no on Strava it didn’t happen 😛
