June 1 is Global Running Day and there are events all over the world to celebrate. Here in Atlanta, the Atlanta Track Club had 3 events to celebrate: a midnight kickoff, 6am, and noon. Normally I would try to make all 3 but since Adam and I are headed on a week long bike trip next week, I’m trying to keep all my sleep this week. I joined the 6am run with about 60 runners, including some of my BRFs. We even skyped with runners in Australia! Today is a reminder that running provides an amazing worldwide community. Where will your feet take you and who will you meet along the way?
